Dr. Amir Almslmany, born in Alexandria, Egypt (1982), earned his B.S. from the Egyptian Air Defense College, M.Sc. from Alexandria University, and Ph.D. from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He taught at the Air Defense College, focusing on microwave, RF technologies, and radar signal processing. A Senior IEEE member and journal reviewer, he has published over 40 papers and served as ITC-EGYPT’s technical program chair for four years.

Dr. Hossam Hassanein, Director of the School of Computing at Queen’s University, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta (1990). He founded the Telecommunications Research Lab (TRL) and has co-authored over 600 publications and three books. An IEEE Fellow and award-winning researcher, his expertise spans edge computing, IoT, and wireless networks. He previously chaired the IEEE Technical Committee on Ad hoc and Sensor Networks and received the Excellence in Graduate Supervision award.

Dr. Moeness Amin, Director of the Center for Advanced Communications at Villanova University, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado (1984). A Fellow of IEEE, SPIE, IET, and EURASIP, he is a world-renowned authority in signal processing. He has received prestigious honors, including the IEEE Dennis J. Picard Medal and the Humboldt Research Award. With over 900 publications and an H-index exceeding 100, his pioneering work in through-the-wall radar imaging, sparse arrays, and wireless communications has fundamentally shaped modern sensing and satellite technologies.
