Authors are invited to submit contributions for review and possible presentation on the tracks of interest at this conference, including advancements and innovations. Only accepted and presented submissions in the IEEE format will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore (pending). All accepted and registered submissions will appear in the proceedings distributed at the conference. Research contributions are welcome and not limited to all tracks pertinent to telecommunications, IoT, AI, space, and radar systems. ITC-Egypt'2024 will feature high-quality keynotes, plenary talks, technical and industry papers, and workshops.
The 4th International Telecommunications Conference (ITC-Egypt'2024) is organized by Egypt's Air Defense College (ADC). It brings together the expertise of researchers across three continents and leading communications research labs from Concordia University, Queen’s University, the Royal Military College in Canada, Universidade de Aveiro, Portugal, and DePaul University in the USA.
The conference will be held at the Air Defense College in Egypt from July 22–25, 2024. The conference will feature a comprehensive, high-quality technical program covering the latest research and innovation in communications technologies. The conference will include six technical tracks, workshops, selected posters/projects, keynotes, and technical/industrial research panels with prominent research leaders addressing emerging communications technologies. The IEEE-MTT-S, IEEE-APS, IEEE Egypt Section, IEEE Alexandria Subsection, and ComSoc Egypt Chapter technically support (pending) the ITC-Egypt’2024 conference.
To recognize and promote high quality research contributions, the ITC-Egypt'2024 organizing committee will offer valuable best conference paper award for the best-selected student papers. The Best Conference Paper Award distinguishes the best papers included in the conference proceedings. The award will be determined based on the technical excellence of the accepted paper and the oral presentation.
All papers, 3 to 6 pages (Extra 2 pages with extra fees), will go through a peer review process. Accepted papers must meet the IEEE Xplore’s quality requirements for inclusion by IEEE Xplore. All correspondence, including inquiries concerning papers, the technical program, and copyright forms, should be addressed to the ITC-Egypt'2024 technical support team. Papers should not be submitted to or under review by other venues.
All submitted papers must describe original work and be within the scope of the conference. Papers for technical tracks should be submitted via EDAS
Templates: Please use Microsoft Word or LaTeX to create your document. It is strongly suggested to use the IEEE templates that incorporate the correct formatting specifications. If you decide not to use the templates, please be aware that you might incur problems when submitting the camera ready, where strict formatting according to the Definition Table and Glossary will be enforced.
