Important notice

ITC-Egypt 2025 will be conducted in a hybrid format, where all 'Accepted' papers must be presented, either in-person or virtually, by one of the authors during the conference. Only papers presented in accordance with this requirement will be considered for publication in the final conference proceedings.

Please follow these instructions to ensure a seamless and smoothly running of the technical sessions:

Presentation Duration

Each presentation is limited to 15 minutes.
Please adhere strictly to this time limit.

Accepted Formats

Only PPT (PowerPoint) or PDF formats are allowed for your presentation.

Session Details

Confirm the time and location of your session in advance. Ensure you have the necessary directions to the meeting room where your session will take place.

Pre-Session Preparation

Arrive at the session room 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Introduce yourself to the session chair upon arrival.

Technical Setup

The session room will be equipped with a laptop, projector, and screen.
The laptop will have the latest versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, and Acrobat Reader.

Extra instructions

Presenters are asked to avoid the usage of very specific fonts

No guarantee or assistance will be offered for running embedded videos. Authors are asked to avoid using embedded videos unless they are really necessary.

Registered authors/presenters/guests are advised to bring a proof of their payment (copy of payment receipt, etc.) to facilitate entrance, just in case of any confusion.
